Problem
During my time at R/GA we were tasked with migrating 20+ Enterprise-level products down to the Verizon Small Business site and creating a simple, streamlined experience to serve the needs of small and medium-sized business owners alike—all while updating the site to the new Verizon brand identity.
Process
I was directly responsible for defining the information architecture and navigational paradigms of the site as well as the system of templates for the product detail pages in the new experience, including coordinating efforts to create new content to make comparison between products easier for business owners with various abilities as far as technical backgrounds.
Outcome
We revamped the overall site experience to meet the needs of a new set of business users, and we organized and standardized the product pages and content in order to clearly show how Verizon products and solutions can grow with businesses of any size.
