Problem
During my time at R/GA we were asked to build and launch a new brand style guide and digital asset management platform to be used by Verizon employees across all lines of business and sub-brands, by agency partners, and by third-party vendors and contractors.
Process
I led efforts to interview 20+ super users of the brand guidelines, audit 30+ existing brand guidelines documents across all platforms and sub-brands, and gather requirements from key product owners and stakeholders across the Verizon organization in order to define the underlying experience and platform strategy.
Outcome
We designed a flexible, personalized style guide site that fully serves the needs of a wide variety of users and can easily scale and adapt over time as Verizon migrates all the features and functionality of the legacy Brand Central platform to the new platform.
